1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and BigBoss88 ("Platform", "We", "Company") regarding your use of the website and all services offered at bigboss88.ws. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the BigBoss88 platform, you automatically agree to comply with all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines set out in this document.

BigBoss88 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. 3. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) BigBoss88 account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or device information — are strictly prohibited and considered fraudulent. BigBoss88 employs advanced detection technology to identify any such attempts.

When registering, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information, including your full name as per your identification card, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in your account being terminated, and any winnings or balance in the account may be forfeited.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping your BigBoss88 account login details confidential. BigBoss88 recommends that your password contain at least eight (8) characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols. Never share your password with anyone, including family members.

Bonus Abuse Policy

Any attempt to exploit the BigBoss88 bonus system — including hedge betting across multiple accounts, wagering patterns clearly designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk, or any form of unfair collusion between members — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, as well as the termination of the accounts involved.

6. Betting Rules

BigBoss88 offers a wide range of betting options spanning sports such as the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, international cricket, esports and more, as well as Live Casino games including baccarat, roulette and slots. General betting rules are as follows:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the member unless the "cash out" feature is available and activated before the relevant event begins
• Should a sporting event be cancelled or postponed, BigBoss88 reserves the right to void all related bets and return the stake to the member's account
• Winnings will be credited to the member's account automatically once the official result of the relevant event has been confirmed
• BigBoss88 reserves the right to void any bets suspected of being placed based on insider information or result manipulation
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each market are set by BigBoss88 and are subject to change based on circumstances

7. Prohibited & Restricted Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the BigBoss88 platform and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party technology to automate betting or access the platform
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your true identity or location
• Registering or using another person's account without their written consent
• Transferring funds between different BigBoss88 member accounts without management approval
• Engaging in any money laundering activities through the BigBoss88 platform
• Sharing or selling your account login credentials to any third party
• Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the security of BigBoss88's systems, servers, or networks

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the BigBoss88 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of BigBoss88 or its content providers, and is protected under applicable Malaysian and international copyright laws.

Members may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, display, upload, broadcast, or transfer any material from the BigBoss88 platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from BigBoss88 management. Use of BigBoss88 materials for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted, subject to reasonable limits.

9. Limitation of Liability

The BigBoss88 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and BigBoss88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. BigBoss88 is not liable for:

• Loss of betting opportunities due to technical disruptions or unavoidable system downtime
• Delays in transaction processing due to issues on the part of third-party payment providers
• Any direct or indirect financial losses incurred as a result of using the platform
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including internet service providers and payment processors

However, this limitation of liability does not apply in cases of proven wilful fraud or gross negligence on the part of BigBoss88. BigBoss88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

Prior to closure, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment account within seven (7) business days, subject to KYC requirements and there being no outstanding issues on the account.

BigBoss88 also reserves the right to terminate or suspend any member's account with or without notice under the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or platform abuse
